IREC offers new and improved online services for the convenience of our licensees. 
Register your IREC user ID and password to use all of the Commission’s enhanced online services.

Licensees can complete the following activities online:

• renew your license (due by 5:00 PM MST on the date of expiration or a late fee is charged)
• change your home address, phone number or other contact information
• view education records and license history information
• view status of E&O insurance
• print a license certificate yourself, or order one from the Commission

Designated Brokers can also:

• change the company address and contact information
• add or remove sales associates
• view education records and E&O insurance status for all licensees in the DB’s office
• print license certificates for the office associates.

License Applicants may register to:

• check status of fingerprints
• view education records and license history information
• view status of E&O insurance

There are some restrictions to online license changes:

Early Renewals:  Renew up to 90 days prior to your license expiration date.
Late Renewals:  Renew up to one (1) year after the license expiration date (additional fees apply)
Company Renewals:  Designated brokers must renew all of their companies and any branch offices at the same time as their individual license.
Name Changes:  Name changes for companies or individual licensees require additional paperwork and may not be completed online at this time 
Credit Cards:  We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
Encryption: Your Browser must support 128-bit encryption. Click here for directions on how to check your browser encryption strength.
Firewall: Make sure your firewall will allow you to access a "secure site".
Cookies:  Your computer must be set to accept "cookies"
Adobe PDF Reader: Adobe Reader must be installed on your computer to print your real estate license online (download)
Install Adobe Flash Player Our Online Licensing application needs Adobe Flash to work properly (download)
Internet Explorer is the preferred browser for using our Online Licensing Application (Other browsers may work but are not supported)
